In an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most number of people dressed as Sherlock, over 100 people dressed as the famous fictional detective and gathered at University College London. 50 of the Sherlocks then went on to visit the Sherlock BookBench on the Bloomsbury Trail.

As well as fans dressed in some wonderful outfits, the artist who designed and created the bench, Valerie Osment, also came along to the event. 

Prizes on offer, including signed books and a t-shirt from one of the stars of Sherlock, Louise Brealey, were snapped up at the event also.
